The month of November will be short, but we have many activities and ways to be Thankful!!

Grand-Prix Pledges Due!  Don’t forget to turn in your pledge monies to be eligible for the Preschool Grand Prize.  This year the grand prize is: FRONT ROW SEATS FOR YOUR FAMILY TO CHOOSE EITHER THE CHRISTMAS PROGRAM or THE GRADUATION CEREMONY IN THE CHURCH SANCTUARY! The top preschool family pledge earner receives 1st choice pick!  The 2nd place pledge earner will enjoy the alternate program choice. We will always take your donation, but to be eligible for the grand prize, please turn them in by Friday November 15th

Scholastic Book fair will be in Fellowship Hall with some amazing books!  The fair runs from Monday, November 4th through Friday, November 8th.  It will be open during Parent/Teacher conferences as well.  The fair takes any form of payment. The teachers will have wish lists posted in the hall.  Scholastic gives 40% of our sales right back to the preschool in books – how awesome is that?!

Thursday, November 7th and Friday, November 8th Parent/Teacher Conferences.    Prepare questions for your teacher ahead of time.  Parents sign up for a 15-minute meeting with your child’s teacher! We ask that you attend without your child because we are limited to only 15 minutes and your child may not understand why they are not the center of the teacher’s attention. We offer free childcare in the nursery (No prior sign up needed) Please note that there will be no Preschool on November 7th or 8th for Parent Teacher Conferences!

Monday, Nov. 11th No School for Veteran’s Day!

Thursday, November 21st and Friday, November 22nd Thanksgiving Celebration. We gather to gather to share our blessings.  AM Classes will celebrate at 11:00 am and PM classes will be at 2:45 pm in Fellowship Hall.  How do preschoolers give thanks?  We hit a drum and call out our name, we sing songs and we feast!!!  Children will feast on chicken nuggets, popcorn, and apple slices!!  And… we all eat PIE!!! Get your cameras ready because this going to be very cute!!!

November 25th – November 29th Thanksgiving Break. From our families to yours, we wish you a safe and happy Thanksgiving holiday week from school.  See you back on December 2nd!!

I have had parents inquire about how we calculate our tuition fee. The tuition is based on actual attendance days only.  (The days your child is in school) Attendance days are divided into 10 equal payments for your financial need. If you are not here such as Veteran’s day or In-service days, you are not charged tuition.

Thankful blessings,

Robin Kerber, Debbie Roppel and Rose Heredia

P.S. The next order of t-shirts is going to be placed in the first week of November, sign up in the classroom if you would like to place an order.
